Duo Two-Step: Account disabled or account locked

Your account may have been disabled temporarily after several unsuccessful attempts to use two-step authentication (Duo), or it may have recently been reactivated. Wait about 10 minutes, and try logging in again. If after waiting 10 minutes and attempting to log in again, you still get this message, call the UIT Service Desk at 650-725-4357, or submit a help request as a guest.
