Follow the instructions on the Cardinal Print device to clear the jam. If you follow the steps and are still unable to clear it, please call 650-725-4357 (5-HELP).

The job will pause for up to 5 minutes to give you a chance to fix the issue.

• If you're able to resolve the problem within 5 minutes, the job will resume and complete automatically.

• If the issue isn't resolved within 5 minutes, the job will be automatically deleted for security and efficiency.
