Message | Non-routable IP address

If you receive an error message containing “non-routable IP address,” try the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings on your device and select WiFi.

  2. Click on “info” or “details” for each Stanford network (Stanford, Stanford Visitor, eduroam) and select Forget this network.

  3. Restart your device.

  4. Select "Stanford" from your WiFi options.
