Message | Unsecured network

While using the Stanford network, you may see the message, "unsecured network." Stanford wireless is an unencrypted, open-access network that is restricted to registered devices.

If you wish a secured network alternative, eduroam is a WPA2-enterprise network that is broadcast over the same infrastructure and is available to all students using their SUnet ID credentials.
