My Mac computer will not print my Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat document in color. How can I fix this?

Use one of these options to print in color on a Mac computer:

Change the color settings in the online Cardinal Print Center:

  1. Log in to the Cardinal Print Center (cardinalprintcenter.stanford.edu ↗︎) and select the "Upload" button to upload the document.

  2. Select the document on the Cardinal Print Center screen.

  3. In the "Print Options" section of the screen, choose Color.

  4. Print the document from any Cardinal Print device.

Change the color settings on your Mac computer:

  1. For Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, or PowerPoint documents, go to your Mac computer's Print screen, click the "Copies & Pages" drop-down menu, and select "Quality."

  2. Click the drop-down menu in the "Color Mode" section of the screen to select "Color." Then click "Print" to print your document from any Cardinal Print device.
