Why are my color documents printing in black and white and double-sided?

Black-and-white printing and double-sided printing are default settings for Cardinal Print. To print a document in color or single-sided, change the print settings when you send the document to print.

If you print from the online Cardinal Print Center ↗︎, you can change the print settings for a document in the "Print Options" section in the bottom right of the screen. You can create a customized Print Profile that populates frequently used print settings such as printing 1-sided and color by following these steps ↗︎.
